I've had issues with my account and your customer service is no help!! I will be looking for a new providers since verizon doesn't help the issue at all. I'm not going to keep repeating the issue again.

i love it. very essential and easy to use when you don’t really need to take your bag with you. just place it on your keys and you’re good to go. but the only down side for me, is that the zipper part does not stay closed, it slides open throughout the day, no matter how many times i close it up again.
