I’ve used this ‘model’ Otterbox on my last 3 phones. Have not had one damaged, provides a sure grip on the phone. They get thinner and thinner after all.

Love the cases but their life sucks! Have use their Defender cases exclusively since iPhones came out. They saved me many times. Since iPhone 11 Pro Max the case life started becoming short lived. I now have iPhone 15pro max with the Defender case. I purchased the phone and case when the 15 pro max came out late 2023. I now have the third case on my phone, same black color and Defender case. This is the first time ever I’ve had to change an Otterbox case due to material defects. THEY NEED TO STAND BEHIND THEIR CASES, NOT CHARGE SHIPPING FEES AND SEND REPLACEMENTS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IF THEY ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO ISE CHEAP MATERIAL.

rubber will not stay on hard plastic phone cover. I bought a second one thinking it would be better but the new ones are junk. ever time i put the phone in the clip the rubber peals off. they used to be the best. these are junk JUNK JUNK!!!!!!!!!!

I did not care for Otterbox due to the cases being bulky. However, that has all change now. This case is just the right width and provides me with the sense of security if I drop my phone. It feels great in my hands and I definitely will be sticking with Outterboxes. I haven’t dropped my phone yet; but if something happens that changes my opinion, I will update the post/review.

When attaching iPhone 15 pro max to belt clip it doesn’t lock in securely. Had same problem with iPhone 13 Pro Max. Both phone cases were the Defender Series Pro Case. I have lost my confidence in Otter Box phone cases because of this issue. I constantly check to see if phone is attached to belt clip. I’m constantly afraid that I’m going to lose my iPhone!! In both instances I have exchanged the phone cases at my expense but the issue happened to both of them as well. There’s no way this should be acceptable to both Otter Box and Verizon. You can’t exchange them because all of them have the same issue. Otter Box phone cases are extremely expensive, and I work very hard for my earnings to spend it on poorly designed products. The cases are strong and durable as far as protecting cell phones. I have dropped my phone past and present and there were no damages to both phone and case. But, this becomes useless if the phone doesn’t stay on the belt clip leaving it exposed to loss of my very expensive iPhone

Absolutely swear by the OtterBox Defender Series case and clip! I have used this case (many of them over the years) exclusively to protect my iPhones.
