Case is big and doesn’t fit in most of my phone pockets. The two layer design allows dust and debris to get in between and taking it apart makes it more sloppy every time. The clip case sits right on either the volume button or the lock button so removing it rips the button protectors off the case. Bad design.
New charging cords and plugs

It is horrible that when you purchase these new phones they do not include the new plug with the charging cord! Plus, the new scam is we must purchase new charging cords as the ones we had no longer work on the new phones??!!! What a scam.
