These are worth every penny. When I use to answer calls at work, everyone said I sounded far away, muffled and so forth. When I started using my Shokz- all of that changed. It helps when I have my hair in a low pony tail when I have them on just so I can move them to my neck when I’m not on the phone. I have very long and thick hair so it sometimes gets in the way when I have to hurry and answer a call. I love everything about these though. Sound quality is great, connecting them was easy, they came with a nice case, and the charge lasts me all day.

This is a great headset. Great quality, easy to use, connects to my laptop or my phone, great sound quality for me and the person I am talking with. Comfortable, able to hear sounds around you as well as yourself to keep you from yelling. Not bulky like other headsets. Great all around headset for work or personal life.

Sound quality very bad. It sounded mono/tinny like when Windows switches Bluetooth to Handsfree mode. This has a separate receiver and like normal gaming wireless headphones should be on its own frequency and be crystal clear even when switching to mic/phone/communications mode.

I work from home, 10 hr shifts on one charge and constantly talking. More than pleased with this purchase. The sound drivers are fantastic as well. I had a set from 2018(not comms) and the updated sounds are well worth the upgrade.

I have purchased 10 pairs of Shokz to date. I have owned 6 pairs myself between upgrade and work sets, but I have purchased 4 pairs as gifts for relatives. Love how comfortable they are. Great sound quality, and most important, I can still be in touch with wjhat is going on around me.

Great concept & comfortable but not great for calls in any environment w background noise. Constant sound quality issues. I can’t hear others talking due to weak sound volume which can’t be in made louder to resolve the issue … others can’t hear me or it sounds like I just had novacaine & dental work.
