Texture Grip Is A Major Downgrade

I’ve bought these cases in the past but the quality has changed in the grip texture. It used to be a rubbery material which was fantastic. It made for a better grip in your hand and on whatever surface you placed it on. It wouldn’t slide around in my pocket or in the cubby space in my car. It was great. This updated version is a downgrade. I’m hoping my phone will still be safe in this case.

This is a very nice looking case but is quite slippery compared to non-clear Speck cases. I have a black Speck Presidio Grip MagSafe case which is much more secure to hold due to the texture of the black material versus the clear.

Good so far…doesn’t slip out of my hand, but does have to sit on my charger just right, so using a plug in charger.
