The quality of the signal during calls is horrible. Verizon sent this to me to replace the 4G extender since they are not supporting it any longer. The calls using this extender are not clear, voice is not clear about 80% of the time

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I upgraded to Optimum Fiber earlier this year. I live where there is a poor Verizon cell signal and my WiFi calling became terrible - lots of dropped calls, etc. I purchased this device and it works perfectly! Easy setup and I only had to unravel the antenna about 12 inches and keep everything in a broom closet several feet from a window. It picks up many satellites for a strong signal. Great product!

i have been given 2 devices that replaced my original. each one would not connect to the HeMs server. tech support was dismayed that a connection wasn’t possible… i had previously owned one for 3 plus years with no problems until i disconnected it to move. store reps nor tech support were able to help. returned, very disappointed…

Constantly stops aligning with your phone. Device is suddenly gone and getting the device back up and running is torture and time consuming, even the agents have problems with it. When it works, it’s awesome…but that’s like 50% of the time. Maybe, if you’re lucky.
