Very Good Phone But Very Bad Verizon Gateway Store Attitude

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I bought phone more than 1 year ago, to replace hen 1 MotoX, which had unrepairable circuit board internal fracture at power connector. I used each incl the current device after appropriate unlock hackings on T-MOBILE, where it worked OK, though the firmware on it clearly indicated I was missing out on some functionality native to Verizon. Was expecting my mobile phone experience to be a smooth run from now on going forwards. However after very unexpected deplorable customer service treatment I received near to close of business on Xmas Eve at the Gateway Mall store in SLC, I am sufficiently disenfranchised with the way that Verizon store staff - esp the manager - behaved me (esp with me being a new customer coming from 9 plus years continuous service history with T-Mobile), that I have decided to be terminating the Verizon contract prior the first billing cycle end, and moving to yet a different network. Only delay is in establishing the suitability of procedures to get the devices we have now to work decently well on that third network

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
After being very comfortable with my old flip top for all these years, I have decided to join the 21 century! lol Love my Moto X! However, I am not a gamer, and still just use the phone for simple things, but it is easy to navigate. Very happy with that. One thing that I do miss though, is that on my old phone I did have the option of the phone 'telling' me who was calling, out loud. I really loved that feature...miss it.
Available user storage is less due to preloaded software, and is subject to change due to software updates.
