Activate Visual Voicemail - Samsung

Here's how to activate Visual Voicemail on your Samsung phone.
Only Basic Voice Mail is available for devices active on prepaid plans.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Voicemail
     Visual Voicemail app.
    On new devices the Voicemail icon Visual Voicemail app may appear green.
  2. From the 'Welcome to Visual Voice Mail' screen, tap
    Continue
     (at the bottom).
  3. To continue, review the Terms and Conditions then tap
    Accept
    .
  4. From the 'Enhance your experience with Premium Visual Voicemail' screen, select 'Subscribe to Premium' or 'No, Thanks'.
