Check / Delete Visual Voicemail - Samsung

Here's how to check for Visual Voicemail messages on your Samsung smartphone.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Voicemail
     Visual Voicemail app.
  2. Tap a message to view the message details (e.g., time, number, length, etc.) then do any of the following:
    If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.
    • Play message
      1. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message then tap
        Play
         Play icon.
        If using Premium Visual Voicemail, view the text of the voicemail (at the top).
      2. To enable or disable the speakerphone, tap the
        Speaker icon
         Speaker icon (lower-left).
    • To delete a message, tap the
      Delete icon
       Trashcan icon.
      To delete multiple messages:
      1. Continue to tap on additional messages.
      2. Tap the
        Delete icon
         Trashcan icon (upper-right) then tap
        Delete
         to confirm.
        Voicemail messages cannot be retrieved once you delete them.
      3. Tap the
        Delete icon
         (upper-right).
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your device or from another phone.
