Before you begin
Ensure your Visual Voicemail is active.
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your Kyocera smartphone or from another phone.
You can't retrieve deleted Voicemail messages; however, archived messages are saved to the device's internal storage.
Steps
- Open theVoicemail app.
- From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tapRefresh.
- Tap a message to view the message details (e.g., time, number, length, etc.) then do any of the following:If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.
- To play a message, tap thePlay icon.
- To place a call back, tapCall Back.
- To reply with a text message:
- TapReplyandRecord voicemail.
- To send the voicemail message, tapText messageorEmailthen follow the onscreen prompts.
- To forward a message:
- TapForward.
- SelectText messageorEmail.
- Enter the applicable info then tapSend.
- To save a message, tapSavethen tapOK.
- To delete a message:
- Touch and hold a message.
- TapDelete.
- From the 'Delete?' prompt, tapOK.
- TapDone.
- To delete multiple messages:
- Tap theMenu.
- TapDeletethen select the desired messages.
- To delete all messages tapMark all.
