Verizon Jetpack® 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi® 6620L - Enable / Disable / Modify SIM PIN

Here's how to change the SIM PIN for your Verizon Jetpack - MiFi 6620L or turn it on or off.
  • Enabling the SIM PIN locks the SIM card in your device so it can't be used until the correct code is entered.
  • If the incorrect PIN code is entered too many times, refer to My Verizon Website - Locate the SIM PIN / PUK to obtain a new PIN Unblocking Key (PUK).
  2. Click
    Jetpack Settings
    .
  3. From the Advanced tab, click
    Continue
    .
  4. Select
    SIM
     then do any of the following:
    • Turn SIM PIN On / Off
      1. From the Desired Action dropdown, select
        Turn on PIN Lock
        .
      2. In the Current PIN field, enter the current SIM PIN then select
        Save Changes
        .
        The default SIM PIN is 1111.
    • Modify SIM PIN
      1. From the Desired Action dropdown, select
        Change PIN
        .
      2. Enter the current PIN and new PIN into the appropriate fields then select
        Save Changes
        .
