Verizon Jetpack® 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi® 6620L - Configure Broadcast Settings

Here's how to change the settings if you're having issues connecting your 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot 6620L to Mobile Hotspot.
If you are experiencing connectivity issues with your Mobile Hotspot or your device isn't found, check out the steps below.
If you're getting interference with other Wi-Fi networks, try using a different channel.
  1. Access the Admin page.
  2. From the left menu, click Settings icon

  3. From the Wi-Fi tab, click
    2.4 GHz Band Settings
    .
    You can't adjust the 5 GHz Band Settings, they are set to Automatic only.
  4. Adjust the broadcast channel as desired then click
    Apply
    .
    • Automatic (default setting) is recommended.
    • Select an alternate channel (e.g., 1-11).
  5. Click
    Save Changes
     (at the lower-right).
