If you’ve misplaced your Android™ device within your home, office or other immediate vicinity, use the Find My Device feature to quickly find it by forcing it to ring at its maximum volume even if it’s on Silent or Vibrate.

Before you begin

In order to remotely erase your device, Find My Device must be previously turned on.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the Find My Device page using your existing Google™ (Gmail™) sign-in info.
  2. Click
    Ring
    .
  3. Review the Ring device prompt then click
    Ring
    .
    The device rings at full volume for 5 minutes or until the Power button is pressed.
