If you have separate Verizon Cloud accounts for Fios and mobile, merging them lets you view all your backed-up memories and documents in one convenient spot.

Before you begin

If Verizon Cloud and Fios Cloud accounts are merged they can't be separated later.
It may take 24-48 hours to fully merge content before you can access all of the content from both accounts.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Gear icon
     then tap
    Merge Verizon Cloud accounts
    .
  3. Tap
    Log Into Other Cloud Account
    .
  4. Enter the user ID and My Verizon password for the other cloud account then tap
    Sign in
    .
  5. Tap
    Yes, Merge Content
    .
