Whether you're troubleshooting, decluttering, or no longer using Verizon Cloud, removing or disabling the app can help streamline your Android™ device and keep things running smoothly.

Before you begin

Deleting or disabling the Verizon Cloud app doesn't cancel your Verizon Cloud subscription.

Steps

  1. Refer to Google Play™ Store - Uninstall Apps if the app was downloaded to the device.
    If uninstalling an app update, ensure auto-update is disabled for the specified app until the issue is resolved with the developer.
  2. If the app can't be uninstalled:
    1. Open the
      Settings app
      .
    2. Tap
      Apps
      .
      Menu options may vary by device.
    3. Tap
      Cloud
      .
    4. Tap
      Force stop
       then tap
      Clear data
      .
      If unavailable, tap
      Storage
       then tap
      Clear data
      .
    5. Tap
      Disable
      .
