Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Family app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Watch Name
     then tap
    Profile
    .
  3. Under 'Devices', tap the Gizmo Watch then tap
    Updates and syncing
    .
  4. Tap
    Check for updates
     then tap
    install
     or tap
    Okay
     if no update is needed.
