Sign in to the Verizon Cloud website to easily locate identical entries and clear duplicate contacts, preventing clutter and ensuring your account always has accurate info.

Steps

From a web browser on a computer, sign in to cloud.verizon.com.

Currently, Verizon Cloud contacts can't be viewed using mycloud.verizon.com.

Search icon

Select an option from the search type dropdown menu (Name, Email, Phone), enter the identifying info of the duplicate contacts then select the

Select the desired contact then select the

Delete icon

to confirm.
