Sign Up for Share Name ID

Enroll in Share Name ID on the My Verizon app to display your name on outgoing calls, providing clarity to those you're contacting.

Before you begin

Changes may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
Refer to Configure Company Name ID for business customers.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Mobile tab
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Shop products & plan perks
    Mobile productivity
    Share Name ID
    .
  4. Review the info then tap
    Get it now
    .
  5. Select the desired Share Name ID subscription option for each line then tap
    Continue
    .
  6. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions then tap
    Confirm
    .
  7. Refer to Edit Share Name ID to adjust the ID.
