Here's how to insert or remove an SD / memory card for your Galaxy J3 V / J3 (2016).

The Samsung Galaxy J3 V / J3 (2016) supports microSD memory cards which can be purchased from any Verizon store or online.

Ensure the device is powered off.

Using the notch (located on the upper-left edge, when the device is face down) gently lift and remove the battery cover.

Do one of the following:

Insert SD / memory card

With the gold contacts facing down, insert the SD / memory card then press in on the card until it locks into place.

Remove SD / memory card

Slide the SD / memory card out.

Align the battery cover then gently press to snap the cover into place.
