Manage Profile SettingsKeep your account profile up to date by revising contact info, personal details and primary addresses directly within the My Verizon app.
Before you begin
The My Verizon app is currently updating. After selecting Profile & Settings, the menu options may look different depending on your account. Compare your screen to the options below to find the correct steps.
Standard Experience (Manage Mobile Settings)
- Open theMy Verizon app.
- From the Me tab, tapProfile & settings.
- From the Account section, do any of the following:
- To change the Greeting name, Email address, or contact number:
- TapContact info.
- Edit the applicable info then tapUpdate.
- TapOK.
- To update the Billing or Service address:
- TapAddresses.
- TapBilling addressorService address.
- Edit the applicable info then tapUpdate.
- TapOK.
Updated Experience (Profile & Mobile)
- Open theMy Verizon app.
- From the Me tab, tapProfile & settings.
- Do any of the following:
- To change the Preferred name or pronouns:
- From the Profile section, tapPersonal information.
- TapAdd preferred nameorAdd pronouns, or tapEditif info was previously added.
- Add or edit the applicable info then tapSave changes.
- TapAgree and save.
- To change the email address or contact number:
- Navigate: .
- Add or edit the applicable info then tapSave changes.
- To update the Billing or Service address:
- Navigate: .
- Below the applicable address type, tapEdit.
- Edit the applicable info then tapSave changes.
