Steps

  1. Open the
    Start menu

  2. Navigate:
    Settings
    Bluetooth & devices
    Devices
    .
  3. Select
    More Bluetooth settings
    .
  4. From the COM Ports tab, click
    Add
    .
  5. Ensure 'Incoming (device initiates the connection)' is selected then select
    OK
    .
  6. Select
    OK
