ASUS ZenPad Z10 - Manage Hotspot Settings

Here's how to configure mobile hotspot settings (password, allowed devices, etc.) on your ZenPad Z10.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your ASUS ZenPad™ Z10.
  2. Navigate:
    Mobile Hotspot and Tethering
    Set up Mobile hotspot
    .
  3. From the Set up Mobile hotspot screen, configure the following then tap
    Save
    :
    If necessary, tap
    Advanced options
     to view all settings.
    • Network name (SSID)
    • Security (None, WPA2 PSK)
    • Password
      To change the password, tap the
      Password field
       then enter the preferred password.
    • Show password
    • Select AP Band (2.4 GHz Band, 5 GHz Band)
    • AP Channel (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 11)
    • AP Mode (e.g., b/g/n, b, g)
    • Disable Mobile Hotspot when inactive (e.g., Never, After 5 minutes)
