Here's how to find the device ID for your ZenPad Z10.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon Apps icon
    Settings Settings icon
    About tablet
     (System section).
  2. Tap
    Status
    .
  3. Tap
    IMEI information
     to view the IMEI.
    If the IMEI can't be viewed from the device, you may be able to retrieve it from the Verizon website.
