View Device Payment Status

The My Verizon app provides a clear overview of your current device payment plan, including the remaining amount and your monthly installment details.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Mobile tab
    .
  3. Tap
    Manage devices
    .
  4. If necessary, select the applicable mobile number from the dropdown in the upper-right.
  5. From the Device payment section, tap
    Pay off Device
     then view the following:
    • Monthly bills left
    • Balance
    • Paid
    • Start date
    • End date
    • Total
