If you want to stop automatically rejecting spam calls, the My Verizon website allows you to easily cancel the Call Filter service.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Manager.
  2. From the Account Overview screen, navigate:
    Account
    My products & plan perks
    Call Filter
    .
  3. Below the desired line, select
    Unsubscribe
    .
  4. Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy then select
    Confirm
    .
