Track recent Mobile and 5G Home orders using the My Verizon app. View order status, check estimated delivery dates, and get tracking numbers conveniently.

Steps

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
     then tap the
    Me tab
    .
  2. From the Account links section, tap
    Orders
    .
  3. Locate and review the desired order info, then tap
    View details
     to check delivery status.
