Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Protect app

  2. Tap
    More
     then do any of the following:
    • To manage general settings:
      1. Tap the
        Gear icon
        .
      2. Tap any of the following to configure (e.g., Account, Notifications, Linked devices).
    • Tap
      Manage
       to upgrade your plan using My Verizon.
    • To use support services, tap any of the following:
      • Call Identity Restoration Services
      • Chat with a Security Advisor
      • Explore the Security Center
      • Protect your PC/Mac
      • Share Verizon Protect
    • To view general information about Verizon Protect, tap any of the following:
