Here's how to set when your Galaxy S8 / S8+ vibrates to alert you of an incoming call, text or other notification.

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Sounds and vibration

Sound mode

Tap

Vibrate

Tap

Vibration pattern

then select an option (e.g., Heartbeat, Ticktock, etc.).

Tap

Vibration intensity

then drag the slider left or right to adjust the intensity for any of the following:

Notifications
