  1. From the Play Store Home screen, tap your
    Google profile icon

  2. Tap
    Manage apps & device
    .
  3. Tap the
    Manage tab
    .
  4. Tap
    My Verizon
    .
  5. Tap
    Update
    .
  6. If presented, review App Permissions then tap
    Accept
     to proceed with the app update.

Apple

  1. From the Home screen, tap
    App Store
    .
  2. If prompted, tap
    Use Existing Apple ID
    .
  3. Enter the Apple ID and password then tap
    OK
    .
  4. Tap
    Updates
    .
  5. If an update is available, tap
    Update All
    .
  6. If prompted, enter the Apple ID and password then tap
    OK
    .
