Remove SIM Card - Arlo Go

Here's how to remove the SIM card from your Arlo Go camera.
Don't attempt to remove the SIM card while the device is powered on. Doing so may harm the SIM card and/or the device.
  2. Open the battery door.
    Press and hold the latch (located on the top edge) then rotate the door down.
  3. If present, remove the battery as shown.
    Utilizing the notches on both sides, pull to remove.

  4. Remove the SIM card from the slot as shown.
    If necessary, press in on the card to unlock it.
    If applicable, refer to Insert the SIM Card.

  5. If applicable, insert the battery as shown.
    Ensure that the connectors on the battery align with the connectors on the device.

  6. Close the battery door.
    Rotate the door up and ensure it locks into place.
