Order a Device via My Verizon Website

The My Verizon website makes it easy to order a Number Share-compatible smartwatch or other connected device and attach it to a primary smartphone number.

Before you begin

Number Share allows you to share a mobile number with another device on your account. Apple Watch cannot be a standalone device and must be shared with an iPhone.

Steps

  1. From a computer, visit the Connected Smartwatches page.
  2. Select the model, color choice, etc.
  3. Select
    New customer
    , or select
    Existing customer
     then 'Adding a new line' or 'Upgrading an existing line'.
  4. Select the purchase option (e.g., $60.00 / month, $399.99 Retail Price, etc.).
  5. Select
    Next steps
    .
  6. Do one of the following:
    • If New customer was selected, enter your zip code then select
      Continue
      .
    • If Existing customer was selected, sign in to My Verizon an Account Owner or Manager, choose a number to share then select
      Continue
      .
  7. If prompted, choose a number to share then select
    Continue
    .
  8. Select the desired plan option.

  9. Choose an equipment protection option or select
    No thanks
    .
  10. Choose the desired plan option then select
    Continue
    .
  11. Add any additional desired features or accessories then select
    Continue
    .
  12. If prompted, select 'Shop now' or 'Bring a phone' to review and purchase a compatible Smartphone to purchase with the Number Share device.
  13. Finalize the purchase (shipping address, totals, payment, etc.) then select
    Submit
    .
