Manage Devices via My Verizon Website

Use the My Verizon website to convert your connected device to Number Share, set it as a standalone device or switch its shared line.

Before you begin

Not all steps below apply to every Number Share capable device.

Convert to a Standalone Plan

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the Devices section, select the connected device then select
    Manage device
    .
  3. Select
    Device management
     then select
    Manage Connected Devices
    .
  4. Below the connected device, select
    Convert to a standalone plan
    .
  5. If prompted, choose the desired plan option then select
    Continue
    .
  6. If prompted, review the changes to your monthly bill then select
    Continue
    .
  7. Review the message then select
    Continue
     to confirm.

Convert to Number Share or Change Host Line

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the Devices section, select the connected device then select
    Manage device
    .
  3. Select
    Device management
     then select
    Manage Connected Devices
    .
  4. Drag the connected device to the desired host mobile number.
  5. Review the message then select
    Continue
     to confirm.
