Transfer Contacts - 4G Basic Phone to Smartphone

Here's how to transfer your contacts from a 4G basic phone to a smartphone.
These steps only apply to 4G Basic Phones.
  1. From the main screen of the basic phone, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center / OK button to select.
  2. Select'Verizon apps' or 'Media Center'.
  3. Select
    Cloud
     then select
    Back Up Now
    .
    The number of backed up contacts displays on the screen.
  4. Follow the instructions included in the box to activate your smartphone then open Verizon Cloud to download contacts to your new phone.
    Contacts are automatically restored to the device. Depending on how many contacts you have this could take several minutes.
