Managing the profile for your prepaid account in the My Verizon app helps keep your contact information (e.g., contact number, email, address, etc.) current for important updates and account access.

Before you begin

Changes to these items may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.

Steps

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     then tap
    Account
    .
  3. If prompted, enter your My Verizon password then tap
    Sign in
    .
  4. Tap
    Account Settings
    .
  5. Tap
    Manage Profile
    .
  6. Enter the applicable info then tap
    Update
    :
    • Greeting name
    • Email
    • Alternate Contact Number
    • Address
