Verizon Family - Edit Content Filtering

Here's how to edit content filtering for a child device using the Verizon Family parent app on your device.

To perform the steps below, content filters must be set up so that the dashboard appears.

Family Profiles tab

Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.

From the Parental Controls section, tap

Filter content

From the Filter content dashboard, select a filter type (e.g., Messaging, Games, Email, etc.).

From each app/filter name, tap the

switch

to turn on or off.

To block or unblock all, tap the switch located at the very top (e.g., All social media, All messaging, All games, etc.).

Tap

Save
