Check / Delete Visual Voicemail - ASUS

Here's how to check, listen to and delete Visual Voicemail messages from your ASUS smartphone.

You can also check your voicemail by calling from your ASUS smartphone or from another phone.

Open the

Voicemail app

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, the

Menu icon

then tap

Refresh

Tap a message to view the message details (e.g., time, number, length, etc.) then do any of the following:

If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.

Premium Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.

Play message

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message then tap

Play

To turn the speakerphone on or off, tap the

Speaker icon

Turned on when the icon is blue.

To delete a message, tap

DELETE

To delete multiple messages:

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the

Menu icon

Tap

Select multiple

Tap the

Menu icon

Tap any additional messages you'd like to delete.

Tap the

Menu icon

Tap

Delete

then tap
