Removing then re-adding a email account on your DuraXV LTE often fixes email issues.
Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.
  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu

    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

    Select Email
  3. Press the
    right soft key
    to choose Options.

  7. Select an account then press the
    left soft key
    to choose Done.
    Account is selected when a check mark is present.
