Verizon LTE Internet and Home Phone - Turn HD Voice On / Off

How's how to enable or disable HD Voice calling on your Verizon LTE Internet and Home Phone.
  • The LTE Internet and Home Phone is compatible with Group 3 fax machines and home security systems when HD Voice is enabled.
  • You can view HD Voice status on the device LED screen and turn HD Voice on or off through the admin page.
  1. From the Admin page, click
    Settings
    .
  2. Click the
    Voice tab
     then click
    Continue
    .
  3. Click the
    checkbox
     next to 'Advanced Calling features' to turn on or off.
    Enabled when a checkmark is present.
    To check HD Voice status on the device's LED; navigate to 'Voice Signal' on the menu then look for 'VoLTE' under the heading.
