LG V30 - Restart Device

Here's how to restart your LG V30 if it crashes and resets, freezes or runs slowly.

  1. Press and hold the
    Power button
     until the 'Phone options' screen appears then release.
    If the device is unresponsive, attempt the alternate method.
  2. From the Phone options screen, tap
    Power off and restart
    .
  3. From the Power off and restart prompt, tap
    RESTART
     to confirm.
    If your device won't power back on, partially charge the device then retry.
  1. If the device is unresponsive, Press and hold the
    Power button
     and the
    Volume Down button
     for approximately 5 seconds or until the device power cycles.
  2. Allow several seconds for the reboot process to complete.
