Move Prepaid Single Line to Multi-line Account

If you have multiple prepaid lines, use My Verizon to consolidate them into a Multi-line Account so you can manage all billing details in one convenient place.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the My Verizon website.
  2. From the left menu, select
    Add a Line
    .
  3. Select
    Merge Accounts
    .
  4. Enter the mobile number and account security code for the line being moved then tap
    Next
    .
  5. To continue, review the account changes then select
    Confirm
    .
  6. From the confirmation page select
    Done
    .
