Before you begin
If you've set up a lock option to unlock your screen and can't remember it, refer to Samsung - Shutdown Prevention for what to do.
Steps
- Press thePower / Side button.
- Depending on the screen lock type, do one of the following:
- Swipe the up from the bottom of the display.
- Draw the current unlock pattern.
- Enter the current PIN or password.
- Using the front-facing camera, position your face within the provided area.
- Touch the fingerprint sensor located on the bottom of the screen with a registered fingerprint.
- If necessary, tapOKorDone.
