View essential documents for your prepaid account (e.g., receipts and agreements for past purchases and services) directly through the My Verizon app.

Steps

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     then tap
    Account
    .
  3. Tap
    Purchases
    .
  4. Tap
    Documents, receipts and agreements
    .
    Account Owners on a Prepaid Family Account, tap
    Select
     to view all lines on account or view an individual line.
  5. Tap the applicable item to view details.
