Steps

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     then tap
    Account
    .
  3. Tap
    Purchases
    .
  4. Tap
    Orders
    .
  5. If applicable, tap one of the orders listed for details.
  6. Review the order info then tap
    Track package
     to view delivery info.
