Here's how to update the language for the My Verizon app to Spanish.
To change the language on the My Verizon app to Spanish, your device's language needs to be set to Spanish. If the language on your device is set to Spanish and the My Verizon app still appears in English, follow the steps below to update the app.

  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  • To avoid data charges when updating apps, update over a Wi-Fi connection.

  2. From the 'Play Store' Home screen, tap your Google profile icon (upper-right).
  3. Tap

  4. Tap the
    Administrar tab
    (at the top).
  5. Tap
    My Verizon
    .
  6. Tap

  7. If presented, review App Permissions then tap
    PERMITIR
    to proceed with app update.
