HP Envy X2 - Device Lock

Here's how to lock and unlock your screen on your HP Envy X2.

  1. Select the 
    Start menu icon
     Start menu icon .
    Utilize the touchscreen (if available) or mouse to select the on-screen options.
  2. Select the user account name located in the upper-left of the Start menu.

    Lock
    .

delete
 then select
Lock
.
  1. If necessary, press the
    Power button
     ( top right).

  2. If necessary, swipe up or double-click to dismiss the lock screen.
  3. If necessary, select the appropriate user account.
  4. Enter the password.
