Call Filter - Unsubscribe

Here's how to remove a Call Filter Plus subscription via the Call Filter app.
  • Call Filter Plus (formerly Caller Name ID) provides additional caller detail (e.g., city, state, name, etc.) and enables you to manage and block spam calls.
  • Customers can't unsubscribe from Call Filter Plus (Account Level), Mobile Secure, or any form of Verizon Protect from the Call Filter app. This must be done via My Verizon or Customer Service.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps
    Call Filter Call Filter icon
    .
    If necessary, install Call Filter (iPhone only).
  2. Tap
    Account
    (lower-right).
  3. Tap
    Current plan
    .
  4. Tap
    Manage plan
    (bottom of screen below current plan).
  5. Select
    No plan (Remove current plan)
    then tap
    Review changes
    .
  6. Review the account change then tap
    Confirm
    (bottom of screen).
