Here's how to place a call from your moto g7 power.
  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Phone
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If not available, swipe up on a Home screen to access all apps, then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Tap the
      Keypad icon
       Keypad icon (lower-left), enter a 10-digit number then tap the
      Call icon
       Phone icon .
    • Tap
      Contacts
       Contacts List icon , tap the appropriate contact then tap the desired number to dial.
