Upgrade / Downgrade Call Filter Subscription - My Verizon Website
Here's how to upgrade or downgrade your Call Filter subscription via the My Verizon website.
- From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon using a user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
- Navigate:
- Below the appropriate line, selectChange Subscription.
- Select an option (Call Filter, Call Filter Plus, Call Filter + Multi Line) then selectContinue.
- Check the box next to 'I accept the Terms & Conditions' then selectConfirm.
