Sonim XP8 - Turn Data On / Off

Turning data on your Sonim XP8 provides access to online services over the cellular network, while turning it off will impact that experience unless connected to Wi-Fi.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & Internet
    Mobile network
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • Turn Data On / Off
      1. Tap the
        Mobile data switch
         to turn or off.
      2. If prompted, tap
        OK
         to confirm.
    • Allow / Deny Data Roaming
      Depending on your plan, enabling data roaming may cause roaming charges (e.g., when traveling internationally).
      1. Tap the
        Data Roaming Access switch
         to turn or off.
      2. If prompted with 'Allow data roaming?', tap
        OK
         if you agree.
