Here's how to view / restrict the amount of data an app on your Sonim XP8. uses.

Some apps on your Sonim XP8® need background data. Restricting data may cause them not to work without a Wi-Fi connection.

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Network & Internet

Mobile network

Data usage

Select an app below the usage graph then view the usage.

To restrict the app from using data in the background, tap

Background data

to turn off Off Switch
